Brittle Earth

This brittle earth,

On which I stand,

Crumbles with the weight,

Of sorrows heart.

I reach out for security,

Blindfold,

I grasp the air,

The silence.

The sinking sun,

Grows darker in my eyes,

Here comes the flood,

Of sorrows heart.
